Who these terms apply to
These terms apply to your use of buxten.com, including the Regoria pages and the interactive demo. The website is run by Buxten EOOD (Бъкстен ЕООД), Sofia, Bulgaria. By using it, you accept these terms.
The site is meant for businesses and compliance professionals. Using the Regoria product as a customer is governed by a separate customer agreement, which takes priority over these terms.
Not legal advice
Nothing on this website is legal advice. The demo, sample clauses, verdicts and alerts shown here are illustrations, not an assessment of your firm.
Regoria is built to assist qualified compliance professionals. Its output can be wrong. Check every finding against the provision it cites before relying on it. Responsibility for your policies stays with your firm and its accountable persons: your MLRO still signs.
Early access
Regoria is offered as an MVP to early customers. Features, coverage and availability on this website may change as the product develops, and features described as "coming next" or "in build" are not yet available.
Intellectual property
The website, its design, text and software belong to Buxten or its licensors. You may view and share pages for your own business purposes. You may not copy the site, its demo or its content for a competing product. Documents you share with us remain yours; we treat them as confidential and do not use them to train models.
Acceptable use
Do not try to breach the site's security, interfere with its operation, scrape it at scale or use automated tools to extract the demo content. Do not submit material you have no right to share, or personal data you have no lawful basis to disclose.
EU AI Act
We have assessed Regoria against Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the EU AI Act). In our assessment, it involves none of the prohibited practices in Article 5 and does not fall within the high-risk uses in Annex III: it is a professional drafting and review aid whose output is reviewed and approved by a qualified person before use.
Liability
The website is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Buxten is not liable for losses arising from use of, or reliance on, the website or its demo. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

We are not responsible for the content of websites we link to, such as regulator and legislation sites.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. The courts of Sofia, Bulgaria have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
