Who we are. Buxten operates this website. Contact: info@buxten.com.
What we collect
- Access requests. What you submit through the form on our signup page: your work email and the details you choose to share about your firm and needs.
- Email. If you write to us, we keep the correspondence.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical logs (including IP addresses) to serve the site securely.
No analytics, no advertising trackers, and we never sell or share personal data for marketing.
How we use it
Only to respond to you and arrange what you asked for. Form submissions are stored by our hosting provider (Netlify). Email runs on Google Workspace. We delete enquiry data when it is no longer needed.
Your rights
Under the GDPR (and, for UK visitors, the UK GDPR) you have the right to:
- Access: ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15);
- Rectification: have inaccurate data corrected and incomplete data completed (Art. 16);
- Erasure: have your data deleted (“right to be forgotten”, Art. 17);
- Restriction: have processing limited while a question about it is resolved (Art. 18);
- Data portability: receive the data you provided in a machine-readable format (Art. 20);
- Objection: object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to any direct marketing (Art. 21);
- Withdraw consent: at any time, where processing is based on consent, without affecting prior processing;
- Not be subject to automated decision-making producing legal or similarly significant effects (Art. 22), we do none.

Complaints
Our supervisory authority is the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP), 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., Sofia 1592, Bulgaria, cpdp.bg. You may complain to the CPDP, to the authority of the EU member state where you live or work, or, for UK visitors, to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
