Terms of Use
Last updated: 11 June 2026
These terms govern your use of buxten.com. By using the site, you accept them.
Not legal advice
Buxten drafts, audits, and enhances compliance policy documents using a complex, purpose-built AI engine grounded in primary regulatory sources. Nothing on this site is legal advice, and sample output shown here is illustrative. Output is produced to assist qualified compliance professionals and is not a substitute for their judgment, responsibility for any policy remains with your firm and its accountable persons. The content generated may be false, although, given our citation validation, this is highly unlikely. Nevertheless, verify findings against the cited sources before relying on them.
Intellectual property
The site, its design, and its content are ours. Documents your firm shares with us remain your firm's. We treat them as confidential and do not use them to train models.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, including attempting to breach its security or scraping it at scale, and do not submit material you have no right to share.
EU AI Act
We have assessed Buxten against Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the EU AI Act). Buxten involves none of the prohibited practices listed in Article 5 and does not fall within the high-risk use cases of Annex III: it is a professional drafting and review aid whose output is always reviewed and approved by a qualified human before use. So, no worries on that front.
